You want to have a web site built, and you want quality work. If you've landed here by referral, please believe I'll do my utmost to live up to whatever testimonials you've been given regarding my web site work! In some of my site image samples, you can see for yourself the variety in design, from warm & inviting to eye-popping colorful. I strive to create attractive custom web sites & graphic designs that appeal to visitors to the site, as well as web site owners taste and their personal requests.

There are many factors involved in determining what a web site will cost to build. Depending on the nature of your web site, it's content and purpose, there may be discounts provided which would be discussed on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact me with any questions which may come to mind while calculating your needs. Items listed are subject to periodic changes which may precede web site updates. *1

    Estimates vary depending on site needs. These sample estimates below are to be used as a rough guidelines. Please discuss your web site needs first, and then request a closer estimation for your own site:

  • 4 page web site complete, about $80
  • 8 page web site complete, about $150

    If you do not need an entire web site, but Need Just Graphics, as estimated:
    Designed Name / Image Banner / Header, for top of your web pages

    Navigation Bar images (1 to 10), to which you add mapping or rollover effects

    Background, solid color, matching your design (per each, with 2 edits)

    If you do not need a web site designed and built, but Need Web Master Services for your already existing web site, and your site was not designed by Pillinger Graphics:
    We will first need from you your FTP login information with which we will look over your site files to determine if we are able to perform your needed webmaster services. After reviewing your files and site design, we will give you an estimate based on your requested needs, or, quote you an hourly rate if you will be using Pillinger Graphics for all your future web editing needs. Hourly rate for webmaster services on web sites we have not built start at $20 / hour, up to to $30 per hour.

     

     

     

    Contact, Deposit & Payments

    Please email initial contact. Send any questions which you need to ask. If you are ready to begin communication regarding your web site needs and wish to send a deposit, we'll start with an email communication and arrange phone consultation/s if desired or necessary.

    Upon acceptance of your web site or design job, I'll notify you where to send a deposit. I accept credit cards via PayPal Only. Personal Checks sent via mail will clear the bank before we begin work. Money orders and Cashiers Checks are accepted same as cash, so work will begin as soon as same is received.

    $100 Minimum Deposits unless otherwise discussed privately. You are always welcome to send more for your first deposit, if you know your site will be large (more than 8 pages) or work intensive. I work with this money and notify you when it gets low so you can send more, and keep the work flowing.

    Minimum Deposits for entire Web Site Designs based on Separate Fees will be based on your selected needs. We will discuss your estimated needs, such as number of pages you require, content of your pages, any design preferences, and I will quote you a deposit amount to begin work.

     

    Photography and your web site: When you wish to have your own images used on your web site, display personal photos etc., you should try to provide clear, crisp photographs for your web site, with good contrast between the subject and it's background. I do adjust images when needed (sizing; contrast; sharpness) however, I cannot improve much on detail which does not exist in your original photo. Try to provide really good photos, for a great looking web site!

    If you're using a digital camera, set it to the highest quality (or next to highest if you have a super megapixel camera). Larger size images sent to me will provide for best results in the event I need to size or manipulate them in any way.

    If you're using photo prints that are scanned, scan at 150 dpi or higher. Do not select a scanner setting "for emails / internet" in any of the scanner settings as this will automatically scan at a very low quality.

    It is possible to snail mail photos to me for scanning; they would be returned to you. I prefer to have photos intended for use in logos, banners / designs sent to me in large size, even if they may be reduced greatly in the finished product.

I do however retain full rights to display all graphics, graphic designs, web designs, web sites; and to link to web sites I have designed or where a graphic I've created or co-created resides / or is placed. Some base and stock template / graphics / designs for navigation buttons and other small graphics such as clip art etc., may not be all original and therefore not owned outright by myself or the site owner/purchaser; furthermore, bits of clip art and imaging may be used within other new designs which I create. This is not the same copyright disclaimer which pertains to creative graphics for printed & other materials, which is posted on the cards & more page.
